Parent-managed accounts

ColorSprig accounts are for adults (18+). The adult who creates the account is responsible for all activity, purchases, and saved pages on that account — including pages created together with a child.

Credits and creations

• 1 credit = 1 personalized creation. Every creation includes 4 coloring-page options.
• Try up to 3 personalized creations free — no account needed. That's up to 12 coloring-page options at no cost.
• A creation is only charged when all 4 coloring-page options are ready. Failed or partial creations are not charged.
• Credit packs are a one-time purchase, no subscription.
• Credits do not expire.
• Ready-made pages from the free library don't cost credits and are available without an account.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of people without their permission (and a parent's permission for photos of children). We redraw photos as kid-friendly cartoons and do not reproduce real facial likenesses. You can delete any saved page from your library at any time.

Refunds and failed generations

If a generation fails before any image is delivered, no credit is charged. If a page comes out and you're not happy with it — or something looks broken — email quarbenlove@gmail.com with what you tried and we'll credit your account back. We don't offer cash refunds for completed generations.

For accidental or duplicate purchases, contact support within 14 days and we'll refund unused packs.

Acceptable use

• No adult, hateful, or violent themes.
• No real-likeness portraits of public figures or third parties.
• No attempts to bypass credit limits or abuse the service.
